A Fool's Restaurant

Yesterday, I had my dinner at A-Foo vegetarian restaurant.

pronounce "ah foo"

I dunno how it sounds like to you guys..but to me, the name of the shop sounds abit the vulgar lah. Even worse if IM the one pronouncing it.

"Yo man, wanna go makan at a foo's restaurant?"(..wanna go makan at a fool's restaurant?)

"Fuih, a foo's is the best man!"(..a fool is the best man)

But I have to say they are doing very well for a foo'-ish restaurant. The ambience is brilliant, fully air-conditioned, top-notch service, awesome food, expensive drinks...topppp lah overall.

Somehow I really think vegetarian food are for high-rollers only in Sabah, coz so far, all the vegetarian shop here are damn classy and expensive looking.

Anyway, I had this

sambal fried rice

and this

good ol' kopi-peng.

I know, I know...everytime also eat fried rice only right? It's just me lah..I have a thing for fried rice. hahahaha... the discovery of this restaurant is actually good for me, because they have like 2 pages full of different fried rice to choose from in their menu.

The most catchy ones, are of course, none other than:

A-Foo's fried rice 

and

Fried rice with A-Foo's special

Oh my damn...got to be the most pathetic name for fried rice man..

The next time I go there to eat, I feel like trying them out.

I'll be like :

"Xcuse me miss, I would like to have a fool's fried rice please"

and she be like:

"Whaattt???"

and I be like :

"I mean Ah-Foo fried rice..sry.."

*giggle giggle smile smile*

aiyoh..so bad lah me.
